We have two business segments:

1. Personal Touch
Our personal touch segment includes detailed cleaning of your home – we specialize in cleaning corners, ledges, edges, walls, light switches, doorknobs and door frames, just to mention a few places that are commonly missed or passed over because you just don’t have the time – but we do! This is just routine cleaning for us. We focus on detail and use products that are non-toxic, non-hazardous and biodegradable and they leave a light, fresh scent. Your home is your sanctuary and your safe place. We will keep and maintain it that way.

Special Occasions
If you have a special family event, such as a wedding, a birthday, graduation, anniversary, retirement, marriage, housewarming or holiday party or any other special get-togethers, we would love to help - even with setting up for your event and of course, cleaning up after the occasion. After we leave, there will be no mess behind, just warm memories.

2. Professional Touch
Office Suites
We know that the appearance of your office influences your employees’ morale and your client’s perception. Having a clean office space contributes not only to function and esthetics, but also to better health. All edges, ledges and corners will be cleaned. Carpets will be vacuumed and floors swept and sanitized. If there is anything in particular that you need us to do, just let us know and we will be happy to provide that service. Our company uses products that are non-toxic, non-hazardous and biodegradable. They clean, sanitize and will leave a fresh scent.

Corporate Events
We will also clean up after corporate events. If your company is hosting business clients, we will make sure that the meeting rooms will be clean, organized and welcoming for your next event.

New Construction
New construction is wonderful, but construction leaves a mess. We are here to prep your home for sale and inspection for future clients or real estate sales reps. If you have model homes in your sub-division, please call us for scheduled housekeeping to keep it sparkling clean and fresh.

Move Ins/Outs
People are constantly moving, either into a new home or an established home or moving away from a residence. We provide the service of cleaning these homes to move-in/move-out quality. If you are moving out and you just don’t have the time or you are physically exhausted, call us and we will take care of your home for you. Moving away and into a new place of residency is difficult enough, but when you can move into a home that is already cleaned, it makes that transition so much easier and satisfying – especially for Mom!

Places of Worship
We clean all denominations of churches, regardless if it is a stand-alone building or a suite in an office building. We regard these places of worship as sacred and will treat them as such. Chapel areas, halls, classrooms, restrooms, cultural halls, kitchens, and offices will be attended to, including detailed cleaning of walls, light switches, vents, windows, door handles, door frames, furniture, etc. Carpets will be edged and vacuumed. Floors will be swept and sanitized.

Community Centers
Community Centers are great places to get together for all kinds of activities. These centers require extra attention in sanitation and safety. Southern Home Cleaning Service Providers will be detailed in their cleaning and will maintain and provide a healthy place to go and have fun.

Vacation Rental Properties
Here, in the greater Charleston area, are extensive vacation rental properties. Our service providers will come to the rental property and be true to southern hospitality by cleaning and freshening it up to make it as homey for those who will be coming to vacation at this beautiful part of the country. No spot will go unnoticed and we will leave your property fresh and clean. We also provide a service for prepping the home with food or other special items as prescribed by your next renter. Please call us a few days in advance so we can have everything ready for their arrival.

Prices are based on your needs. No two clients are alike. Some clients ask for an hourly rate. Others pay a rate based upon a job quote.

Hourly rates range from $35.00 - $65.00 per hour based on what your needs are and the level of detail you request.
